This is a unique property with excellent location, comfortable and cosy rooms and relaxing atmosphere... Pretty and romantic though noisy on the Gran Via...

The 2 star Hostal d'Uxelles 1 is a charming pension situated on the 2nd floor of a residential apartment. Guests will appreciate the friendly staff and the rooms, small, but prettily decorated and spotlessly clean.

Most of the rooms have a balcony overlooking the street. The hostal d'uxelles is highly recommended and excellent value for money.

LOCATION

Hostal d'Uxelles 1 is situated in the very centre of Barcelona, "Los Hostales d´Uxelles" give you excellent access to the main attractions of the city. From the gothic quarter and the Cathedral, the famous Ramblas, the shopping area of Pg de Gracia, Rambla the Catalunya, Sagrada Familia, you will be able to enjoy from all this enchanting places located a only few metres from the hotel.

"Lovely"
I stay five or six times in the hostal d'Uxelles ( two or three in the main building and two or three times in the annex). For me, both hotels are comfortables. The hotels are located in the center of Barcelona, very good for us, and is normal have a little noisy because is a big center with a lot of people travel all the day, but is bearable. In my opinion the hotels have the same decoration. The bathrooms are very originals and the rooms has in his walls decorations style Gaudi. The beds are ok ( corrects). The only difference that i can see in the annex is that there isn't reception but you have the same comodity of the main building. I suggest it.

I was very impressed with the hotel and had a great stay. The location is perfect - 10 minutes walk from the centre and 5 from a metro stop. The room was brilliant, not swanky, but really nicely done. Had our own terrace and everything. Would definitely reccomend it.
